1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
• If we experience a high volume of orders or seasonal delays, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will keep you updated via email.
2. Estimated Shipping Times & Rates
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard International Shipping: 7 – 15 business days
• Express Shipping (if available): 3 – 7 business days
*Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or peak holiday seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
• The tracking information is typically updated within 24–48 hours of departure.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
• Evyrah is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
• Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping fees may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
• If you receive your order damaged, or if your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged items/packaging.
